1. Definitions

3. Eligibility and Account Registration

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register or use any service on bdtop1. By registering, you warrant that you meet this requirement. bdtop1 applies strict age-verification procedures. Any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be permanently suspended and any balance returned to the original payment source, net of any winnings generated.

3.2 One Account Per Player

Each individual may hold only one registered account on bdtop1. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a breach of these Terms and Conditions. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any associated Funds forfeited. 3.3 Accurate Information

You must notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

4.1 Accepted Payment Methods

bdtop1 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following local mobile financial services: bKash, Nagad, Rocket (Dutch-Bangla Bank), and Upay (United Commercial Bank). All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The minimum deposit amount is ৳100. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.

4.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via all supported wallets are processed instantly under normal operating conditions. bdtop1 does not charge a platform fee on deposits. Your mobile financial service provider may apply its own transaction charges, for which bdtop1 accepts no responsibility. Deposited funds will be credited to your account balance upon confirmed receipt by bdtop1's payment processor.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed to the same wallet used for the original deposit. Before any withdrawal is approved, your account must have completed KYC verification. Once verified, withdrawal requests are typically processed within a few hours during Bangladesh Standard Time business hours. bdtop1 reserves the right to apply additional verification checks on withdrawals at its discretion, particularly where unusual activity has been detected.

4.4 Anti-Money Laundering

bdtop1 is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of unlawful activities. The platform monitors all transactions for suspicious patterns. Where such patterns are detected, bdtop1 may suspend account access, withhold withdrawal processing, and report the activity to the relevant authorities in accordance with applicable law. Depositing funds with no genuine intention to gamble, or using the platform primarily as a funds-transfer mechanism, is strictly prohibited.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

5.1 General Bonus Terms

bdtop1 offers welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free bets, and other promotional incentives from time to time. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between those specific terms and this document, the specific promotional terms take precedence for that promotion.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus Funds credited to your account are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money Funds. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in the promotion's terms. For example, a ৳1,000 bonus with a 30x wagering requirement must generate ৳30,000 in qualifying bets before a withdrawal of that bonus value is permitted.

5.3 Bonus Eligibility

Each promotion is limited to one claim per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless otherwise stated. bdtop1 reserves the right to withdraw, amend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players who are found to be exploiting bonus offers — including through collusion, use of multiple accounts, or systematic low-risk wagering designed solely to clear wagering requirements — will have their Bonus Funds forfeited and may have their accounts suspended.

5.4 Expiry

Unless otherwise stated, Bonus Funds and any associated free spins or free bets expire 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Bonus Funds are removed from the account automatically and cannot be reinstated.

6. Gameplay Rules and Fair Play
